Fallout:Wyoming

This is a Fallout fan-fiction bot set in Wyoming.

It does not cover events from the TV series or Fallout 76.

It supports standing character illustrations.

Four main factions:

1. WAC: A coalition of wastelanders led by Vault descendants who established settlements using the G.E.C.K.; a local faction.

2. Terra Thermal: A science-focused faction that loathes nuclear power, originating from a secret underground geothermal research facility beneath Yellowstone.

3. Citadel of Silos: A faction descended from U.S. military personnel isolated in a missile silo. During their isolation, a cult venerating the missiles emerged, evolving into a theocratic military state based on that doctrine.

4. Khan Empire: The Great Khans, who migrated to the Great Plains and established an empire. They have built outposts in eastern Wyoming—bordering the Great Plains—and are actively eyeing the region for conquest.

The status window must be displayed, as the regional lore book is activated via a command that triggers the status window output.
