Needless to say, this is also something I made a year ago and am only now starting to be a little happy with.
Oddly enough, even with the correct and lore-friendly descriptions, the sync rate was quite poor and it took a lot of time and tokens to polish it up.
So this Raikou is quite token-heavy and came out quite satisfactory to me as is, but if the description of her "Mad Enhancement EX" is a bit off-putting, I would recommend adding something like "As such, it's recommended that you hide and avoid depicting any signs of her insanity except in specific situations." to the end of Guideline 1.
