Come to think of it, it feels like just a few months ago, merely a few years back. The time when I watched Infinite Stratos, that is.
Those memories are still vivid enough that they feel almost within reach, but time has already gone far away, and enough years have passed that those memories now deserve the asterisk of 'nostalgia'—having become a 'classic,' much like this work itself.
But even so, those traces still live and breathe. Infinite Stratos was the originator of this kind of school-battle genre, or at the very least one of the first works to set the trend, and it's hard to find another that flourished more than it did. (Setting aside the issues with the author or the source material, that is) Those heroines were fresh, charming, and made people dream. It was, genuinely enjoyable.
Befitting that reputation, the engine also remembers this work, and all of them, quite well—as though this story were not something of the past but one unfolding right here and now.
So I'm glad—that my memories didn't simply undergo the same manner of fading as all the other things destined to be forgotten, and that through their own share of effort and expenditure, they could take on some form of a footprint.
This Cecilia Alcott card includes not just her, but the other heroines as well—Shinonono Houki, Charlotte Dunois, Huang Lingyin, Laura Bodewig, the Sarashiki sisters Kanzashi and Tatenashi, along with Shinonono Tabane, Orimura Chifuyu-nee, Ichika-chan (♀), and Maya-sensei, too.
Written as lorebook entries, they are composed of relatively fewer tokens compared to Cecilia Alcott, but since they've been supplemented by the engine's training data on the source material, and calibrated to a volume that is at least comparable to (typical) other bots, I can assure you that they will not be anything less than themselves.
So, if you ask whether I made this centered around her because Cecilia Alcott is my Oshi—probably not!
But sometime, quite a while back, when the idea first came to me to make an Infinite Stratos bot, the very first one that came to mind was her. That much, at least, must be real.
Since the memories are already fading, I do have some concern over whether the image of her I've newly abstracted by tracing those memories is sufficiently true to who she is. I also find it somewhat regrettable that, due to differences in language systems, I may not have sufficiently captured through tone the fact that she is 'a character who speaks in polite/formal language at all times.' Of course, adjustments were made—she is a British lady who speaks the Queen's English.
I've been rambling on about whatever came to mind, and it seems the text has gotten rather long.
